The Story
“When I was thirteen, I picked up my father's camera. Everything changed.”
I don't chase perfect light — I wait for honest light. Every commission begins with days of listening before a single frame is exposed, because the photograph people remember is never the one they posed for.
Disciplines
Each discipline demands a different silence. Tilt through them.

Case Study — 2025
The Brief
Forty days crossing the Southern Ice Field with a medium-format body, two lenses, and no resupply. The commission asked for six images. We came back with thirty-eight worth printing — and one that ran across two pages.

Questions
Weddings: nine to fourteen months. Editorial and commercial: three weeks is usually enough, though expedition work needs a season of planning.
Constantly. Roughly half of each year is spent away from the studio. Travel and lodging are quoted transparently at cost.
A ten-frame preview within 72 hours. Full delivery in two to eight weeks depending on the commission.
Yes. Standard commercial licences run 24 months, territory-wide, with extensions available.
It usually does. Bad weather is the best light there is — but any date can be moved once at no cost.
